Affiliate Program Terms

Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern participation in the SineDay Affiliate Program. You must use your authenticated SineDay account, provide accurate information, accept the current version of these terms, and complete Stripe-hosted payout and tax setup before your Affiliate account can become active.

Eligible commissions

SineDay pays $1.00 for each eligible, successful monthly SineDay Premium invoice attributed to your active Affiliate Code. An eligible paid renewal is a positive, successfully paid invoice for SineDay’s recurring Premium subscription from a different member who deliberately selected your code.

No commission is earned on trials, failed or incomplete payments, free or affiliate-gifted access, zero-dollar invoices, self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or duplicate events.

Attribution and the first invoice

A paying Premium member may select one affiliate. The selection is permanent unless SineDay Support makes an administrative correction. A link may prefill a code but never assigns support without the member’s confirmation.

When a member confirms a code within seven calendar days of their first successful Premium invoice, that first invoice may earn one commission. After seven days, commissions begin with the next eligible renewal. Historical invoices are not otherwise back-credited.

Refunds, credits, and disputes

A qualifying invoice that receives any positive refund or credit loses its full $1.00 commission for this initial release; commissions are not prorated. An unpaid commission is reversed or held. If the commission was already paid, SineDay records a negative adjustment against a future payout. A dispute won by SineDay may restore the corresponding earning. Financial history is retained rather than deleted.

Hold and payout schedule

Each commission has a 30-day hold beginning at the effective invoice-paid time. SineDay ordinarily reviews and pays available balances in an aggregated monthly transfer. Payouts require a positive net balance, an active Affiliate account, complete Stripe payout capability, sufficient available platform funds, and no blocking compliance requirement.

Processing delays, compliance review, refunds, disputes, platform balance availability, or Stripe restrictions may delay a payout. No income or payout amount is guaranteed.

Stripe payout and tax setup

Stripe securely collects and manages identity, bank, payout, and available tax-document information. SineDay does not store your bank account number, Social Security number, tax identification number, identity-verification documents, or tax forms.

You are responsible for your own taxes and for maintaining accurate information with Stripe. SineDay and RaLux LLC retain any reporting, filing, withholding, or payer responsibilities imposed by law. No reporting threshold stated outside applicable law or formal notice changes these responsibilities.

Required disclosure

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material relationship with SineDay whenever you share an Affiliate Code, link, or endorsement. Approved disclosure copy is available in the Affiliate dashboard. Do not hide the disclosure or place it where a reasonable viewer is unlikely to notice it.

Brand and conduct rules

You may use only approved SineDay Affiliate assets and copy. Do not alter SineDay or SineDuck proportions, imply ownership of SineDay intellectual property, register confusing domains or handles, or make claims about healing, prediction, guaranteed transformation, or guaranteed income.

You may not send spam, use deceptive or unlawful marketing, misrepresent pricing or product features, create false accounts, manipulate attribution, or bid on protected SineDay or RaLux brand terms in paid search without prior written approval.

Suspension and termination

SineDay may pause or close participation for noncompliance, fraud risk, account restrictions, legal requirements, program safety, or business reasons. A paused or closed account cannot accept new attributions or earn new commissions and does not receive Affiliate-gifted Premium.

Valid earned but unpaid commissions remain in the financial ledger and may be paid after applicable holds, adjustments, compliance review, and payout setup, unless they are invalidated by these terms or law.

Program changes

SineDay may modify or discontinue the program. Material changes will be reflected in a new version of these terms and, when appropriate, require renewed acceptance before further participation. Changes do not erase valid historical ledger records.

Relationship and no guarantee

Participation does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or authority to bind SineDay or RaLux LLC. You control your lawful sharing activity and bear your own costs. Earnings vary and are never guaranteed.
