Overview

SineDay is a digital web application that provides personalized wave-based calendar views, printable calendar and planner tools, and cloud-based notes based on a user's birthdate and the SineDay 18-day rhythm system.

Eligibility and account use

Users are responsible for the accuracy of profile data they enter.

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their login credentials and connected email account.

Subscription access

SineDay Premium is a recurring subscription that unlocks premium digital features, including printable premium calendar/planner tools and premium dashboard functionality.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Billing and renewal

Billing is processed securely through Stripe.

By purchasing a subscription, the customer authorizes recurring charges according to the selected billing cadence shown at checkout.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel at any time through the SineDay billing portal or account tools.

Cancellation stops future renewals only.

Access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.

No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Refunds

Because SineDay provides digital access immediately after purchase, all sales are final except where required by law or where SineDay determines that a verified technical failure prevented access to the purchased service.

Disputes and chargebacks

Customers agree to contact support@sineday.app before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so billing issues can be reviewed directly.

SineDay reserves the right to challenge disputes where access logs, policy disclosures, or account activity show valid service delivery.

Acceptable use

No abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, interference with service, or unlawful use.

Intellectual property

All SineDay branding, visuals, software, ducks, calendar renders, text, and related content remain the property of RaLux LLC DBA SineDay unless otherwise stated.

Informational nature

SineDay is offered for personal guidance, reflection, and planning.

It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Availability

SineDay may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
